• AI suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for the final content you submit in your applications
• Using AI-generated content verbatim may violate medical school application policies
• Forma Med is not responsible for admissions decisions based on content you create using our tools

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content created by Forma Med, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using Forma Med (essays, activities, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• AI-generated content is suitable for all situations

9. Limitation of Liability
